Here are answers to the most commonly asked questions: if your question is not answered here then please contact us.
How does the service work?
Our service is fast, low cost and reliable – this is how it works…..
STEP 1: Read the website to see how we can help you and get a quote for your work.
STEP 1: Use the Contact page to get in contact with us and explain what you need, if your file is ready then attach it. If you need more information feel free to ask.
STEP 2: We will contact you within a few hours and confirm the fee and agree the deadline.
STEP 3: If you wish to proceed you will receive a PayPal payment request (or the bank details) that will show the agreed fee and the deadline. Work will begin once payment has been received. You will also receive an email from PayPal (not from us) to confirm that your payment has been made successfully.
STEP 4: Your work will be returned on or before the agreed deadline. One file will show all the changes that have been made and one will be the final version ready for you to submit.
What ways can I pay?
There are two main options for payment – Paypal or Bank deposit. Anyone with a bank debit or credit card can use Paypal or should you prefer to make a bank transfer online or at a branch then we will send our account details through. For those wanting to use cash or send payment from overseas without using PayPal then Western Union is also possible.
How do I know your writing is original work?
All writing is accompanied by a writecheck-turnitin originality report for your peace of mind at no additional cost.
I want to use the plagiarism service but what percentage plagiarism is acceptable?
Each university or institution approaches plagiarism differently and may have different rules on what is acceptable. In our experience it is never a good idea to submit a paper that has more than 20% matching text. In the end it is up to you to decide what level you want to aim for.
Will it be ready in time?
We have never missed an agreed deadline so you can be assured you will receive your work on or before the agreed delivery time/date.
What will I get back from you – what is ‘track changes’?
“Track Changes” is a feature within Microsoft Word which allows you to see the changes that have been made. Changes appear in a different colour for easy recognition. “Track Changes” allow you to accept or reject any suggested changes. You must “accept” the changes for them to take effect and be saved. Otherwise, it will revert to the original document. I also use the “Comment/Notes” feature to leave additional remarks in the margin. In case you prefer not to go through the document deciding whether to accept each change I also create a ‘final’ clean file where the changes have all been accepted.
